Service Termination Date

Service Termination Date. Means (i) with respect to an Employee, the first date on which, as of the end of the day, the Employee is no longer employed by the Company or any Subsidiary and (ii) with respect to a Director who is a Non-Employee Director, the first date on which, as of the end of the day, the Non-Employee Director ceases to serve as a Director. Service Termination Date. The term "Service Termination Date" with respect to an Employee means the first date on which the Employee is no longer employed by the Company or any Subsidiary and with respect to a Director means the first date on which the Director ceases to be a Director of the Company.

Service Termination Date. Means for any Member, the date such Member separates from service as a director of the Company within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code and the regulations and other binding guidance under Section 409A.

Service Termination Date. Means, with respect to any Service, the termination date specified with respect to such Service in the Transition Services Schedule or the earlier date on which such Service is completed.
