After the occurrence and during the continuation of an event giving rise thereto under the applicable agreement (i) the termination by WF Agent of the Servicer, as servicer under and pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the WF Loan Documents; or (ii) the termination by MUFG Agent of the Servicer, as servicer under and pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the MUFG Loan Documents
