Servicer

Servicer. Means any servicer selected by Lender in its sole and absolute discretion to service the Loan on Lender’s behalf.

Servicer. And refer to PHEAA, or such other servicer as may be approved by FMC and TERI and retained by the holder of Bank of America Direct to Consumer Loans in accordance with the Note Purchase Agreement and the Guaranty Agreement.

The Lead and Participant are currently familiar with services provided by ACH Capital LLC, which is a Servicer used by Merchant Advance Companies

Servicer. PennyMac Loan Services, LLC or its successor in interest or any permitted assignee or designee under this Agreement as herein provided and as provided in Section 8.02, in each case subject to the restrictions, if any, set forth in the applicable Guide. Unless the context requires otherwise, all references to "Servicer" in this Agreement shall be deemed to include such Servicer's successors in interest or permitted assignees or designees.

Servicer. The Person obligated pursuant to the Servicing Agreement to, among other things, collect, monitor and report Student Loan payments, handle late payments and other delinquencies, and remit payments.
