Servicing Advances. Servicing Advances also include any reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by the Servicer in connection with executing and recording instruments of satisfaction, deeds of reconveyance or an Assignment of Mortgage to the extent not recovered from the Mortgagor or otherwise payable under this Agreement.
