Servicing Agreement

Servicing Agreement. The Amended and Restated Servicing Agreement, dated as of June 30, 2006, between the Master Servicer and the Issuer

Servicing Agreement. Means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, any servicing agreement, including, with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced for an Agency, Seller's "contract" with such Agency (as defined in the applicable Acknowledgment Agreement) and, without duplication, the applicable Agency Guide, as amended from time to time, and any waivers, consent letters, acknowledgments and other agreements under which such Mortgage Loan is serviced and administered.

Servicing Agreement. (such agreement, as it may be amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time, the "Servicing Agreement")

Servicing Agreement. Shall mean the Servicing Agreement dated as of March 31, 1999, among FIARC, as Debtor, Wells Fargo, as Back-up Servicer and Collateral Agent, and FISC, as Servicer, as amended by that certain Amendment Number 1 to Servicing Agreement dated as of November 29, 2000, and as such agreement may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time (but only with the consent of MBIA).

Servicing Agreement. Means that certain Servicing Agreement dated as of March 8, 2004 by and among the Guarantor, as servicer, the Company, and any subsidiaries of the Company, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Servicing Agreement. Shall mean each of the following agreements, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time: (A) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and BNY Midwest Trust Company, as successor to Harris Trust and Savings Bank as trustee dated as of March 1, 1998; (B) the Pooling and Servicing ... Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and BNY Midwest Trust Company, as successor to Harris Trust and Savings Bank as trustee dated as of June 1, 1998; (C) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and BNY Midwest Trust Company, as successor to Harris Trust and Savings Bank as trustee dated as of September 1, 1998; (D) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and BNY Midwest Trust Company, as successor to Harris Trust and Savings Bank as trustee dated as of November 1, 1998; (E) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and BNY Midwest Trust Company, as successor to Harris Trust and Savings Bank as trustee dated as of February 1, 1999; (F) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of May 1, 1999; (G) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as seller, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of July 23, 1999; (H) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of August 1, 1999; (I) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of November 1, 1999; (J) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of February 1, 2000; (K) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of June 1, 2000; (L) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of November 17, 2000; (M) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of February 24, 2001; (N) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of September 25, 2001; and (O) the Trust and Servicing Agreement among UAC Securitization Corporation as depositor, Union Acceptance Corporation as servicer and Wachovia Trust Company, National Association, formerly First Union Trust Company, National Association as owner trustee dated as of March 18, 2002. Servicing Agreement. This Amendment and Restatement is supplemental to and amends and restates the servicing agreement, dated June 1, 2011, made among the Parties to this Amendment and Restatement (the "Servicing Agreement").

Servicing Agreement.
