Servicing Agreements

Servicing Agreements. Means each of the following agreements: (a) the Servicing Agreements dated on or about the date hereof and made between Tapco and each of WABCO Fahrzeugsysteme GmbH, Wabco Automotive U.K. Limited and Wabco France S.A.S. respectively; (b) any other Servicing Agreement to be entered into by Tapco and a Seller from time to time.
