Servicing Costs

Servicing Costs. Means reasonable and documented servicing and administrative fees and costs of collection on such accounts, such Servicing Costs not to exceed in any event: (i) in the case of ARL Accounts, five percent (5%) of the gross collection proceeds from the relevant ARL Accounts, or (ii) in the case of the Med Eligible Accounts Receivable, one percent (1%) of the gross collection proceeds from the relevant Med Eligible Accounts Receivable.
