Servicing Fee Percentage

Servicing Fee Percentage. Means 2.00% or, if neither the Bank nor any of its Affiliates is the Servicer and with the prior written consent of Ambac, a percentage agreed to by the Trustee (as defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement) or, after the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the Issuer and the Successor Servicer not to exceed 4.00%.
