Servicing Tape. At the end of each Business Day, all servicing data related to the Mortgage Loans serviced by the SLS will be saved in an electronic medium (the "Servicing Tape") in a format that is easily uploaded to the systems of both the Master Servicer and the Backup Servicer. SLS or its designee shall maintain the Servicing Tape at an off-site location and shall provide ready access to the Servicing Tape to both the Master Servicer and the Backup Servicer; provided, however, that neither the Master...
