Settlement Date

Settlement Date. The term "Settlement Date" shall mean the date on which the shares of Common Stock underlying the French Restricted Stock Units will be issued to the French Award Participant and as from which the French Award Participant will receive any dividends, voting and other shareowner rights with respect to the shares and, in any event, such date shall be within seventy (70) days following the Vesting Date.

Settlement Date. Respect to any Shares shall mean the third Trading Day following the sale of such Shares pursuant to this Agreement
