Settlement Motion. The Committee's motion (A)(I) to intervene in the Adversary Proceeding, (II) for standing and authority to settle the Estates' claims against ABC, and (III ) to approve the Settlement with ABC; and (B) to shorten the notice period for the approval of the Settlement, including the Debtors' joinder in such motion in respect of that portion of the Settlement Motion seeking to approve the terms of this Settlement Agreement.
