SETTLEMENT REQUIREMENTS. Means all the following conditions and events: 2.24.1 All Parties and their counsel have executed this Settlement Agreement; 2.24.2 The Court has entered the Final Judgment, not subsequently modified or vacated; and 2.24.3 This Settlement Agreement has not been terminated in accordance with paragraph 16.
