Settlement Statements. The Seller shall, or shall cause the Servicer to, submit to the Administrator and each Buyer Agent not less than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, a Settlement Statement signed by a Responsible Officer dated as of such Settlement Date and including information in respect of the Receivables Pool as of the last day of the Accounting Period most recently completed.
