Seventeenth Amendment Effective Date. The amendment in Section 2 shall be effective on the date on which all of the following conditions in this Section 4 are satisfied or waived, which date, the parties hereto acknowledge, is April 29, 2024 (such date, the "Seventeenth Amendment Effective Date").
