Seventh Amendment Side Letter

Seventh Amendment Side Letter. Shall mean that certain letter agreement, dated as of March 31, 2003, by the Borrower and the Guarantor in favor of the Agents and each of the Lenders in the form and substance of which is to be acceptable to the Lenders in their sole and absolute discretion.
