Seventh Floor Expansion Premises Delivery Date. May 1, 2017, whereupon Landlord will deliver the Premises to Tenant for the commencement of Tenant's Seventh Floor Expansion Premises Work, as defined hereafter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall have the right to access the Seventh Floor Expansion Premises on the Sixth Floor Expansion Premises Delivery Date for purposes of installing the internal staircase between the 6th and 7th floors.
