Seventh Floor Expansion Premises Rent Concession Period. A period equal to four (4) months from the Seventh Floor Expansion Premises Commencement Date and continuing until the fourth month anniversary thereof (assuming a September 1, 2017, Seventh Floor Expansion Premises Rent Commencement Date, then through December 31, 2017), during which Tenant shall have no obligation for the payment of Annual Rent or Occupancy Costs.
