Severance Accrued Bonus. The amount determined based upon the bonus schedule in effect pursuant to the Ruddick Corporation Cash Incentive Plan calculated based upon the Harris Teeter, Inc. operating profit percentage for the fiscal period to date as of the most recent fiscal quarter ending on or before the date of the Executive's termination.
