Example Definitions of "Severance Agreement"
Severance Agreement. Shall mean that certain Severance Agreement dated January 28, 2002, between the Company and the Grantee, as it may be amended from time to time.
Severance Agreement. That certain Retention and Severance Agreement entered into between the Company and the Executive, dated as of May 3, 2006
Severance Agreement. Means the Second Amended and Restated Change of Control and Severance Agreement dated June 19, 2015, entered into between you and the Company, which superseded and replaced the Participation Agreement entered into with the Company on July 10, 2013 with respect to the Change in Control and Severance Plan.
