Severance Agreement

Severance Agreement. Shall mean that certain Severance Agreement dated January 28, 2002, between the Company and the Grantee, as it may be amended from time to time.

Severance Agreement. That certain Retention and Severance Agreement entered into between the Company and the Executive, dated as of May 3, 2006

Severance Agreement. Means the Second Amended and Restated Change of Control and Severance Agreement dated June 19, 2015, entered into between you and the Company, which superseded and replaced the Participation Agreement entered into with the Company on July 10, 2013 with respect to the Change in Control and Severance Plan.

Severance Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Severance Agreement between the Company and the Participant, dated as of February 3, 2014, including any amendments thereto and any successor agreement that provides for the payment of severance benefits to the Participant.

Severance Agreement. A written change in control and severance agreement between the Optionee and the Company

Severance Agreement. A written change in control and severance agreement between the Award Recipient and the Company

Severance Agreement. Shall mean the Severance Agreement, dated of even date herewith, by and between the Company and the Stockholder, as amended or modified and in effect from time to time.

Severance Agreement. Means (i) the Severance Agreement, as amended, if any, between Participant and EnLink Midstream Operating, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (or its successor), that is in effect as of the Grant Date or (ii) if Participant is not a party to a Severance Agreement contemplated in clause (i) of this definition, the severance agreement in substantially the form included as an exhibit to the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") for... the fiscal year completed prior to the Grant Date.
