Severance Benefit Period. Means the eighteen (18) month period following the Termination Date.

Severance Benefit Period. Means the 6 or 12 calendar months following the date of termination of the Executive's employment, depending on the Executive's length of service with the Company. Where the Executive's length of service with the Company is at least 6 months but not longer than 24 months, the "Severance Benefit Period" will be 6 months. Where such length of service is longer than 24 months, the "Severance Benefit Period" will be 12 months.
