Severance Benefit

Severance Benefit. Severance Benefit. Any post-termination benefit(s) to be paid by the Bank pursuant to Section 5(a)(ii), Section 5(b)(i), or Section 6 hereof.

Severance Benefit. Benefits payable under the Plan which could be a Basic Severance Benefit or a Supplemental Severance Benefit.

Severance Benefit. Shall mean and include, in addition to the standard rights and benefits described in this Agreement, any or all of the "Termination Severance Benefit" described in subsection 2.2, the "Authorized Retirement Severance Benefit" described in subsection 2.3, and the "Change in Control Severance Benefit" described in subsection 2.4, as the context may dictate.
