Severance Benefits

Severance Benefits. The payments and other benefits to be provided to the Executive under Section 5(a) and 5(b) hereof.

Severance Benefits. The benefits specified in Section 3.d hereof that are due to an Employee who has a Qualified Termination.

Severance Benefits. The compensation and other benefits the Covered Employee will be provided with pursuant to Section 7 and Exhibit A

Severance Benefits. The severance payments and benefits to which a Participant may become entitled pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan

Severance Benefits. The severance payments and benefits to which a Participant may become entitled pursuant to Section 4 of the Plan and Exhibit A or Exhibit B, as applicable and each as attached hereto.

Severance Benefits. The compensation and other benefits the Covered Employee will be provided pursuant to either Section 4 or 5, as applicable

Severance Benefits. Shall mean those benefits which Executive is entitled to receive upon the Involuntary Termination of Executive's employment with the Company as set forth under Section 5.

Severance Benefits. The payments and benefits payable to you on a Qualifying Termination pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement.

Severance Benefits. Means up to one year's base salary, at the rate in effect at the time of termination of employment ("Base Salary"), plus up to one year of continued medical, dental, life insurance and other benefits, if any, which were provided to the Key Employee at the time of his or her termination of employment and for which the Key Employee is eligible to receive benefits under plans administered by third party providers (collectively "Benefits"), payable as provided below.

Severance Benefits. The benefits set forth in Sections 5 and 6 of this Policy.
