Severance Bonus
Severance Bonus. Means an amount equal to the greater of (i) the Executive's Target Bonus for the fiscal year in which the date of termination of the Executive's employment occurs or (ii) the average annual bonus actually paid to the Executive by the Company for the three fiscal years' immediately preceding the fiscal year in which the date of termination of the Executive's employment occurs.
Severance Bonus. With respect to a Participant shall mean the amount of Base Salary that the Participant would have earned if the Participant had continued to be employed by the Company from the date of the Participant's Qualifying Termination through the Participant's Trigger Date.
