Example Definitions of "Severance Bonus"
Severance Bonus. Means Executive's Target Award for the calendar year in which Executive is terminated, or to the extent greater and solely in the event of a CIC Severance, Executive's Target Award for the calendar year in which the Change in Control occurs.
Severance Bonus. The actual incentive compensation payable to the Executive under the terms of the Management Incentive Compensation Program for the fiscal year in which the Executive experiences an Involuntary Separation from Service other than for Cause, prorated for the Executive's actual period of service for the fiscal year, less any amounts previously paid to the Executive under the incentive compensation program for that fiscal year.
Severance Bonus. As of the Termination Date, the greater of the Prior 3 Year Average Cash Bonus or the Prior Year Cash Bonus.
