Example Definitions of "Severance Multiple"
Severance Multiple. With respect to a Level 1 Employee, one (1); with respect to a Level 2 Employee, three quarters (.75); with respect to a Level 3 Employee, one half (0.5)
Severance Multiple. With respect to a Participant, the severance multiple set forth in his or her Participation Agreement
Severance Multiple. Will mean, with respect to any Participant, the number that corresponds to such Participant's Tier (as set forth on Schedule A) as of the Severance Protection Date.
