Severance Multiple

Example Definitions of "Severance Multiple"
Severance Multiple. With respect to each Participant, the number set forth on Exhibit A as the Severance Multiple for the Participant's tier level (Tier I, Tier II or Tier III, as applicable)
Severance Multiple. The applicable severance multiple set forth in Exhibit A hereto
Severance Multiple. For each Participant, a number determined by the Board in its sole discretion and noted on Schedule A.
Severance Multiple. The number set forth on Exhibit A as the Severance Multiple for the Participant's participation level (Level I or Level II, as applicable)
Severance Multiple. Means the number applicable to a Participant's position as set forth on Exhibit A, as amended from time to time.

The Committee shall establish two different Severance Multiples for each Participant, so that one Severance Multiple applies to the Participant's Qualified Termination other than during a Change in Control Protection Period, and the other one applies to a Qualified Termination that occurs during a Change in Control Protection Period
Severance Multiple. (i) in the event of a Qualifying Termination other than a Change in Control Termination and other than a termination due to Executive's death or Disability, two (2), (ii) in the event of a Qualifying Termination that occurs in connection with or within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control (a "Change in Control Termination"), three (3), or (iii) in the event of a termination due to Executive's death or Disability, one (1).
