Severance Multiplier. (1)for a Participant who is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company at the time of the Qualifying Termination, eighteen (18); and (2)for a Participant who is not the Chief Executive Officer of the Company at the time of the Qualifying Termination, six (6) plus one (1) for each full year of employment with the Company or an Affiliate up to a maximum of twelve (12).
