Severance Obligations. (i) in the Case of a Tier 1 Executive, those Severance Obligations identified in Section 5(b)(i)(A)-(C) of this Plan; (ii) in the case of a Tier 2 Executive, those Severance Obligations identified in Section 5(b)(ii)(A)-(C) of this Plan; (iii) in the case of a Tier 3 Executive, those Severance Obligations identified in Section 5(b)(iii)(A)-(C) of this Plan and (iv) in the case of a Tier 4 Executive, those Severance Obligations identified in Section 5(b)(iv)(A)-(C) of this Plan.
