Severance Pay

Severance Pay. Severance Pay is an amount payable to a Participant under the terms of this Policy.

Severance Pay. The collective benefits provided under any agreement, policy, plan, program, or arrangement of the Company or a Subsidiary or any provision of any individual severance, employment, or other agreement between the Executive and the Company or a Subsidiary that are paid to the Executive solely because of the termination of the Executive's employment.

Severance Pay. An amount, if any, equivalent to Employee's Base Salary as of the effective date of the Qualifying Termination for the period from the effective date of the Qualifying Termination through the last day of the Term.

Severance Pay.
