Severance Term

Severance Term. The two (2) year period following the date on which the Term of Employment ends.

Severance Term. Means the one (1) year period following the Termination Date.

Severance Term. Severance Term. Shall mean the twelve (12) month period following Employee's termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Employee for Good Reason.
