The HTML, Java, PL/SQL, C, C++ and other software code and associated data and files used by SFDC to operate any Web Site controlled by SFDC at http://www.salesforce.com as of the Effective Date, and all major and minor modifications, additions to, and deletions from such Web Site, or any successor or substitute Web Site therefor, that are made during the term of this Agreement.
