SFU Agreement

SFU Agreement. Means any agreement entered into by Analog with Simon Fraser University before or within six (6) months after the date of this Agreement pursuant to which Analog is granted rights to any patent or technology useful to Licensee in the Licensed Field. pursuant to which Analog is granted rights to any patent or technology useful to Licensee in the Licensed Field.
