SGX Compounds

SGX Compounds. Means all Patent Rights and Know-How which are conceived or reduced to practice or otherwise developed by or on behalf of SGX during and in the performance of the Collaboration, covering compounds identified and developed by SGX, which are not selected by the JRC as Lead Compounds.
