Share Appreciation Right. The right pursuant to an award granted under Section 8 below to receive an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Fair Market Value, as of the date such Share Appreciation Right or portion thereof is surrendered, of the Shares covered by such right or such portion thereof, over (ii) the aggregate Exercise Price of such right or such portion thereof
Share Appreciation Right. The Or "SAR" means the right pursuant to an award Award granted under Section 8 below 7.4 to receive an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) (A) the aggregate Fair Market Value, as of the date such Share Appreciation Right or portion thereof is surrendered, of the Shares covered by such right or such portion thereof, over (ii) (B) the aggregate Exercise Price SAR exercise price of such right or such portion thereof thereof.

Share Appreciation Right. The right granted to a Participant under Section 6(b)(ii) to be paid an amount measured by the appreciation in the Fair Market Value of Shares from the date of grant to the date of exercise of the right.
Share Appreciation Right. The right granted to a Participant the Manager under Section 6(b)(ii) to be paid an amount measured by the appreciation in the Fair Market Value of Shares from the date of grant to the date of exercise of the right.

Share Appreciation Right. A right to receive payment from the Company on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Share Appreciation Right. Means the right pursuant to an Award granted under Section 7.1 to receive, upon exercise, an amount payable in cash or Ordinary Shares equal to the number of Ordinary Shares subject to the Share Appreciation Right that is being exercised multiplied by the excess of (a) the Fair Market Value of an Ordinary Share on the date the Award is exercised, over (b) the exercise price specified in the Share Appreciation Right Award Agreement.
Share Appreciation Right. Means a right that entitles the Participant to receive, in cash or Common Shares (as determined by the Compensation Committee in its sole discretion) value equal to or otherwise based on the excess of (a) the Fair Market Value of a specified number of Common Shares at the time of exercise over (b) the exercise price of the right, as established by the Compensation Committee on the Date of Grant.
Share Appreciation Right. Or "SAR" means the right to receive payment from the Company in an amount no greater than the excess of the Fair Market Value of a Share at the date the SAR is exercised over a specified price fixed by the Administrator in the Award Agreement, which shall not be less than the Fair Market Value of a Share on the Grant Date. In the case of a SAR which is granted in connection with an Option, the specified price shall be the Option exercise price.
Share Appreciation Right. A share appreciation right granted under the Plan in accordance with the terms of Article 8
Share Appreciation Right. Or "SAR" means a right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(c) entitling such Eligible Person to receive in Shares or, in the sole discretion of the Administrator, cash, equal to the difference between the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date of exercise and the grant price of the SAR, as determined by the Administrator.
Share Appreciation Right. The right to receive a payment equal to the appreciation of the Fair Market Value of a Share during a specified period of time.
