Any and all income, benefits, dividends, distributions, liquidation proceeds, bonus shares, warrants, options, subscription rights, convertibles and other rights, privileges and benefits arising out of or in connection with the Shares (whether by way of redemption, bonus, preference, option rights, substitution, exchange or otherwise); and
