Share Equivalents

Example Definitions of "Share Equivalents"
Share Equivalents. Of any Restricted Securities or the Notes shall mean the number of shares of Common Stock included among such Restricted Securities or upon conversion of the Purchased Shares or the Warrant.
Share Equivalents. Means options, warrants, convertible preferred stock, convertible debt, or other securities convertible into or exercisable for shares of Capital Stock.
Share Equivalents. Means any (i) warrants, options or other rights to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire any Common Stock, or (ii) any securities convertible, exercisable into or exchangeable for Common Stock.
