Share Option Plan. Means the RAM Reinsurance Company Ltd. Stock Option Plan for Management Employees as Amended and Restated Effective August 10, 2005, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, including but not limited to the RAM Holdings Ltd. 2006 Equity Plan.
