Share Price Growth. The quotient obtained by dividing (i) the Average Market Value of the Company on the last day of the Performance Period by (ii) the Average Market Value of the Company on the first day of the Performance Period, in each case, as reported by the applicable Exchange or by such other authoritative source as the Administrator may determine, expressed as a percentage.
