Share Purchase Rights

Share Purchase Rights. Means (i) with respect to the Company, any options, warrants or other securities or rights to subscribe to or exercisable for the purchase of Shares or Convertible Securities, whether or not immediately exercisable, and (ii) with respect to a subsidiary of the Company, any options, warrants or other securities or rights to subscribe to or exercisable for the purchase of capital shares of such subsidiary or Convertible Securities, whether or not immediately exercisable.
