Shared Parking Declaration. Means the Declaration of Covenant Shared Parking dated November 19, 1999 and recorded in Official Records Book 30296, Page 1010 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, as the same may have been and may hereafter be amended, supplemented and/or modified from time to time.
