Shared Services. Services provided or procured by SSG or an affiliate of SSG, and requested and utilized by the Company, related to human resources, technology, infrastructure (connectivity, hardware, software), regulatory compliance, finance, facilities and other services as reasonably requested by the Company and approved in the Company's annual budget and operating plan.
