Shareholders Agreement

Shareholders Agreement. Shall mean that certain management stockholders agreement to be entered into by and among ProPetro Holding Corp., the Executive. other senior executives of the Company and certain other Persons, attached hereto as Exhibit A, as it may be amended from time to time.

Shareholders Agreement. Means the Company's shareholders' agreement as amended or amended and restated from time to time.

Shareholders Agreement. That certain Shareholders Agreement, dated July 5, 2022, by and between the Company and the shareholders of the Company who are or become signatories thereto

Shareholders Agreement. Shall mean that certain Shareholders Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Corporation, Holdings, the Jones Entities and the others party thereto

Shareholders Agreement. The ProSight Global Holdings Limited Shareholders' Agreement, dated as of November 22, 2011, as amended from time to time

Shareholders Agreement. Any agreement between the Company and its stockholders restricting the transferability of the Stock held by the stockholders.

Shareholders Agreement. That certain Fifth Amended & Restated Shareholders Agreement of Parent, dated as of March 26, 2020, among Parent and the shareholders from time to time party thereto.
