Shares Subscription Amount. Means as to a Share Investor, the aggregate amount to be paid for the Shares purchased hereunder as specified opposite such Investor's name on Exhibit A attached hereto, under the heading "Aggregate Purchase Price of Shares," in U.S. Dollars and in immediately available funds.
