Sharman URLs

Sharman URLs. Means the following domains, and their associated web pages owned and operated by Sharman: kazaa.com and desktop.kazaa.com. Sharman may update the list of Sharman URL's as they relate to the Sharman Business up to twice in each twelve (12) month period beginning on the Launch Date, subject to TGC's acceptance of such updates, which acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld.
