SHC
SHC. Means "Malvern Federal Bancorp, Inc.," a to-be-formed Federal stock corporation, which, upon consummation of the MHC Reorganization, shall own 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of the Stock-form Bank and which shall be a subsidiary of the MHC.
