Shipment

Shipment. A shipment of Product by Distributor in response to an Order.

Shipment. Means one lot of coal, in sufficient quantities to fill a unit train, loaded into railcars for delivery to Purchaser.

Shipment. Means a delivery of Secondary Materials of up to 20 Short Tons delivered to the Facility.

Shipment. All the Product loaded onto the Delivering Carrier's trucks during one business day, for transport to PM USA.

Shipment. Will be deemed to have occurred, for purposes of Financed Inventory, upon shipment by the Vendor.
