Shipping Plan

Shipping Plan. Shall mean, with respect to each Lease Transaction, (a) the name of each Person (together with its shipping address) to whom the applicable leased Container shall be transported, and (b) the order and sequence in which such leased Container shall be transported to each such Person, all as described more specifically in the applicable Order Confirmation.
