Shopping Center

Shopping Center. The building of which the Premises is a part (the "Building") and any other buildings and improvements on the real property (the "Property") located at 3500 College Boulevard, Oceanside, CA and further described on Exhibit "A". The Shopping Center is known as College Plaza.

Shopping Center.
