Example Definitions of "Short Sale"
Short Sale. Any sale of a security which the seller does not own, any sale of a security which is consummated by the delivery of a security borrowed by, or for the account of, the seller, or any other hedging, collar or similar transaction relating to a security.
Short Sale. Means all "short sales" as defined in Rule 200 of Regulation SHO under the Exchange Act.
