Example Definitions of "Short Term Disability"
Short Term Disability. Shall mean incapacity due to physical or mental illness or injury resulting in the Employee being absent from full-time duties hereunder for no more than ninety (90) consecutive calendar days, or for no more than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days during any 12 month period.
