Shortfall Amount. The Outstanding Advances other than the Outstanding Term Loan shall exceed the Maximum Advance Amount (such excess, the "Shortfall Amount"), then the Customer shall on such date prepay the Outstanding Advances other than the Outstanding Term Loan in an amount equal to such Shortfall Amount.
