Significant Investor

Example Definitions of "Significant Investor"
Significant Investor. Means (i) any Investor that, individually or together with such Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 500,000 shares of Registrable Securities (as adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, combination, or other recapitalization or reclassification effected after the date hereof) and (ii) upon the exercise or conversion of the Warrants and execution of a counterpart signature page to this Agreement, MidCap and Square 1 (and/or their permitted assignees).
Significant Investor. Means any Investor who, together with its Affiliates, purchases $2,500,000 or more of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement (including through the Debt Conversion).
Significant Investor. Means any Investor that, together with such Investor's Affiliates, holds at least 1,200,000 Conversion Shares (appropriately adjusted for any stock split, dividend, combination or other recapitalization effected after the date hereof).
Significant Investor. Means each of Novo, RiverVest, Omega, Abingworth and HealthCap for so long as such respective Person is a Major Investor.
